Sharp will be making in public the new Hybrid W-Zero3 Handset which appears to be classic and less-contoured piece. Away from the fancy effects, this handset sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with 5MP camera, on board GPS, microSD card slot, and WiFi and Bluetooth support. Sharp incorporated a Qualcom 528MHz processor that runs a Windows Mobile 6.5. Coming to Japan soon.
Available now through Softbank, is Sharp’s new release- A 3G Technology enabled flip phone with 12.1 megapixel camera. Sharp 940SH comes with a 3.4-inch full wide ASV LCD main screen and a 1.4-inch OLED sub display, and sports three hip colors to match your flashy moods: Precious Gold, Fuchsia Pink, Luminous Blue, Black and White.
940SH also comes with bluetooth connectivity, GPS, and a microSDHC card slot (up to 16GB).
This is the new Sharp BD-HDS43 Blu-ray and HDD Combo and it comes with a single digital and analog TV tuners, coupled with a 320GB hard drive to store all your recorded video. It will be released at the end of this month in Japan, but you will have to wait a little longer elsewhere.
Sharp unveils its latest Net Walker where smartphone and netbook functions are combined. This smartbook has an instant-on platform and internet support which runs on Linux Ubuntu 9.04 OS which supports Firefox, Thunderbird, Open Offuce 3.0, Totem video player, and Gedit text edit program. The Net Walker features a low power consumption with a battery life of up to 10 hours. It is dimensionally measured as 161.4×108.7×19.724.8mm at 409g. Still a concept so wait until it is due to production.
This has got to be just about the smallest netbook that we have ever laid eyes on, we are actually kind of wondering if it is actually usable or not, due to it’s extremely small size. It features a 5 inch touchscreen, i.MX515 Freescale CPU @ 800MHz, with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi b/g witth a 68 key QWERTY keyboard, supports up to 16GB microSDHC cards and available with a 10hr battery lifespan.
Solar-powered gadgets and gears are now becoming more common, and Sharp has made a new line of LED lights equipped with solar panels. This is a part of Sharp’s project in helping conserve energy to make way for hydroelectric dams, and extend its brightness to the consuming public.
