This is the brand new PMP from iRiver, probably the only company that could ever stand a chance at competing with the iPhone. This new version, called the E200 features a 2.8 inch OLED display, FM radio and supports FLAC, RMVB and Xvid file formats. It will be available in 4, 8 and 16GB versions.
iRiver makes some of the nicest gadgets out there next to Apple, and they try really hard, but it seems like (understandably) they will always be one step below the iPod giant. It’s too bad, because this new E200 is shaping up to be really nice. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what brand your player is, as long as it suits you and the price is right. iRiver fans definitely understand that concept.
