Kia is set to debut a new line of the Optima which conveys modern figure with a bold tiger face. Its distinct design was being showed up by its raked roofline, boldly-flared wheel arches, and extended wheel base. Its interior comes roomy with a touch of luxury and elegance. The Kia Optima will be officially seen in public at the 2010 New York International Auto Show.

Buick has revealed the look of its next compact sedan, calling it “Regal” and dubbed as “Baby Buick”. This will be a house to the new 1.4-liter turbo engine that promises more than 140 horsepower with six-speed automatic and manual transmissions. The half-scooter half-car Peugeot BB1 is the company’s next entry in the electric car lineup. It has futuristic look in a compact size and can accommodate three passengers excluding the driver. The BB1’s powertrain is not yet revealed but it would probably one of those efficient electric motors at hand.
This high-performance car will win over your typical yacht in terms of structural design because the WaterCar is meant for water surfaces. With its dry land car form, everyone might mistakenly think it is a drowning car in the waters, but it is intentionally done it that way. At a speed of 0-60 mph in 45 seconds, the WaterCar can speed into a freeway. Aside from its capacity to run in water, the doors were also treated to keep water out and at the same time to allow accessibility to passengers from the water.
Nissan unwraps its next electric car called the Land Glider, a successor to Leaf, a two-seater compact car which will fully run by electricity. This is designed to get through small spaces and can squeeze through congested roads. Instead of a typical steering wheel, the driver is provided with a twin joysticks-like computerized dash. The Nissan Land Glider appeared during the Tokyo Motor Show.
