Here’s another breakthrough from Palm – a new smartphone to arrive in June! This next-generation smartphone is a touch-based device called the Pre. It features a 3.1-inch display with 320 x 480 resolution, EVDO Rev, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR with stereo support. Like most other smartphones, the Pre has a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 3 megapixel camera with LED flash plus a 3.5mm headset jack. The Palm Pre will be released in the first half of 2009.
