Pin Clock Scares Me To Death

Pin Clock Scares Me To Death

As a kid, I remember hating to play those pin art toys where you press anything until you come up with a design. I was pretty much paranoid about the word “pins” so sorry, I didn’t have fond childhood memories about that one. I don’t know, but this Pin Clock looks creepy. It has the ability to let the pins inform you of the time and to send shivers up your spine. It looks like it could be something Pin Face would want for Christmas though. $60.

Mickey Mouse Robot Is Your BFF

Mickey Mouse Robot Is Your BFF

Robots are getting more and more advanced today, but wouldn’t it be nice to have an old-school one? Don’t really get my drift? Here’s the Mickey Mouse Robot. Doesn’t the mere sight of it make you go “Awww”? Robot Mickey’s movements are limited, but he features a couple of touch and sound sensors. He can respond to simple commands, play games and even has the ability to get attached to you overtime. One catch, you’d have to learn Japanese though, because Mickey ain’t swinging in English. $221.

At first sight, the Tokyo Street LED Scope watch made me want to jump in my submarine and check for spies in the depths of the sea with my periscope, and of course, this nifty timepiece.

This watch features a unique cross hair red LED display with a stainless steel band and it includes a calendar function. The horizontal red line represents the hours and the vertical represents the minutes making it easier to kill some time. $180.

Model Airplanes, Model Trains…. Model Cameras?

Model Airplanes, Model Trains.... Model Cameras?
model-camera-kit

Does the child in you still like to put together model cars, airplanes and what not? Well, why not a camera? This is certainly unlike any other DIY project we have seen. This camera kit includes 33 individual pieces that do not require adhesive; they simply interlock and you have created a camera. Included diagrams are graphical, but any verbiage is in Japanese — just to give it that extra challenge. A fun and interesting product.

At $35, it’s a great gift for this holiday season.
