Sonim XP3: World’s Toughest Phone

Sonim XP3: Worlds Toughest Phone
This phone is built to withstand anything. Well, maybe not anything but it’s capable of taking a beating, for sure. It can handle temperatures from -4 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, is completely waterproof and can withstand a drop from 6-9 feet on concrete. I think they are selling themselves short on the last bit as I have dropped my nextel from much higher, onto concrete. Also included is Bluetooth, a 3 megapixel camera, GPS and flashlight mode. Available in March with a 3 year no questions asked warranty.

Sony OLED TV: Less than 1mm Thick

Sony OLED TV: Less than 1mm Thick
This TV should come with a warning. It is so thin that if you trip and fall on it, you very possibly could get cut in half. At .9mm thick, or should we say thin, these type of OLED TV’s use organic material to provide their own light so a backlight is not required. Not to mention that OLED technology uses less power and is better at fast moving images. The only downside is that we don’t know when this will be released, as it is still a prototype.
